Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead our technology team and drive innovation in our fintech platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire engineering organization, including software development, DevOps, IT, and quality assurance teams
Develop and execute the technical strategy aligned with Linqto's business goals
Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of our platform and products
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong background in fintech, preferably with experience in investment platforms
Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments
Expert knowledge of modern software development practices, architectures, and technologies
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial sector (e.g., SOC 2 certification and FINRA regulations)
Knowledge of DORA metrics for engineering team performance metrics and aligning with high-performing organizations
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
Track record of successful product launches and technology transformations

Compensation: 175k-225k Yearly. Commensurate on experience.
Salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Linqto’s total employee compensation package. Other rewards and benefits include equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
